My screen has cracked from top to bottom. Can it be repaired?

Hi @KatieStimps there is no repair available via Fitbit. There may be third party places where you could get it fixed, but I'm not sure where you would find them. Right now, the Mother's Days sales are coming up, so you might want to explore the new Charge 4.

Mine did the exact same thing. The Charge 4 watches do not appear to be on sale for Mother’s Day. We’re you able to get yours repaired?

Both mine and my wife’s watches have cracked screens. We are both in our 70’s, so risky behavior is not too likely as the cause. At this point paying something on the order of 40% of purchase price to repair with a new screen which will also probably experience an abbreviated live (If I could even find somebody to do it) does not seem like a wise investment. Replacement is the only real answer, but it will not be with any model of a Fitbit.

I bought mine in August 2017, I bought metal straps off eBay to make it look more dressy, the plastic strap broke last year.mine has just cracked this week and is worn every night and day. The battery still only gets charged about every 5 days or so, I’d definitely buy another as I’ve had good wear out of it but it’s annoyingly that the screen has cracked for no reason. Sorry I’m not much help

Just looked at my watch and it split down the middle. Obvious defect. This is the second Fitbit I've had that cracked down the center and I take very good care of my electronics. I'm starting to think Fitbit is cheap junk. I never hear about other brands of trackers spontaneously cracking. Time to move to a different brand.
