Can't update Charge 3

My phone is synced Bluetooth is on it’s fully charged and still I cannot update my charge 3 watch. Could someone please suggest what is wrong please

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing trying to update your Charge 3. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend making sure your tracker is charged and try the following:

 

  1. Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your phone, and retry the update.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different device, and retry the update.
