My charge3 purchased during June 2019 at America (turist visit),but since three months posing multiple problems such as lines on screen,no display upon arm lifting,no messages about incoming calls and from today (26th September 2020) totally fitbit is dead. What's further action to set it right?

Hi there @Em_nath, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Charge 3, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. Check if by any chance your Charge 3 it's still syncing. If that's the case, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.
  2. Restart your Charge 3 by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the steps above don't work, I suggest performing a long restart:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again

If your Charge 3 is back in business, please see this help article to troubleshoot the notifications: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I'm looking forward to your response, let me know if you need further help.

My sincere thanks to fitbit community for responding to my fitbit problem.
But I am sorry to inform you that none of your solution solved my problem
with fitbit. Any other methods to solve this problem is highly appreciated.
