Lately, within last month my fitbit 3 says it cannot find device.
Sometimes it finally does sync, other times I have to reset it to sync with phone.
Only has done this a few times. Need help

I’m having the same problem. Three days ago my iPhone stopped syncing with my Fitbit Charge 3. My iPhone can not locate my device even though it is right next to the phone. I haven’t been able to find any helpful information to rectify this situation.
