Cannot change dominant arm on Charge 3

I can’t change my dominant arm on the Fitbit app.  The instructions on here say to tap profile pic on the app but even though I have the latest version of the app I don’t have a profile pic. My charge 3 also  doesn’t wake up when I double tap the screen. I have rebooted and it does it once then won’t do it again.

@ChocGirl8   Those directions sound like the path on the older Fitbit app, before the redesign.  Please tap on your devices icon/battery percentage in the upper left of your mobile app, then your Charge 3 tile.  This will take you to the page you need to change your wrist setting.  I'm sorry, but I can't help you with the screen wake issue.
