I am using a LG mobile with Android version 9. Have bought a fitbit 3 but am not able to configure it. Initially I was able to configure but after installation was complete the screen went blank. So I removed the device from the app and again tried to pair. But the device is not getting detected. Have checked the solutions given in the community and have tried resetting multiple times. When I try searching for the fitbit it finds the tracker and asks for the 4 digit code to pair the tracker. But since the screen is blank I am not able to put the tracker code to proceed. How do I.proceed on this

My LG phone was not in the compatible list so tried configuring with my IPad Air2 with iOS 12. But the problem persists. My Fitbit is getting detected but display is not there so unable to get 4 digit code to proceed ahead for configuration
