I have been trying to get notifications. My phone is not on do not disturb, the notification is ON on my Fitbit. There is nothing under Notifications on my account to help me either. Is someone able to assist please?

Hey @Karolee, it is great to see new faces around! The Google Pixel 2, is a compatible device, so you shouldn't get any issues with it and your Charge 2. So, I suggest you to follow the tips in this help article: My Fitbit ins't receiving notifications from my phone.
