Cannot log into app on iPhone

Hello, day three and cannot log into app. I get error "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again. The operation couldn't be completed. (Network-bit. HTTPError error 1.) I have uninstalled twice, turned off and on bluetooth, and checked for app updates. Each time I open app, it asks if I want to join or log in just as it did when I first set up the account when I got the Charge 2. Any suggestions?

@Deannelson Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! 

 

Sorry to hear about your issues logging into the app. Try using a wifi connection to log into the app. If this doesn't work disable wifi and only use mobile data. Also when logging in you need to select the lower option (Log in) instead of the upper one (Join Fitbit). You could also reset the network connections on your phone.

Thanks for your response! I spoke with support today and they went through
that same process. It did not work either and they are looking for a cure.

Was a solution found for this problem?  My Charge 2 is tracking, but, I cannot access the information  I haven't been able to log into the FitBit App for 3 days.  I continually get the following response: Oops, something went wrong.  Please try again.

I have deleted and downloaded the App, turned off and on my Iphone, even done a hard reboot.  Nothing has worked yet.
