My fitbit charge 2 had been out of battery for a week. After I charged it completely, I used it for a day and then tried syncing it. But I could not. So I removed the device and tried to add it back again to the fitbit app. But now that is also not happening.
Things that I have tried.
1) powered off my mobile, restart it, uninstall and install fitbit app again, turn off bluetooth and start it again and then try to add device. My fitbit charge 2 gives a 4 digit pin, which I enter in my fitbit app but after that nothing happens and adding device fails. I see notification that "sync status = null "
2) put charge 2 on charge, hold the power button until i see fitbit logo and then do the same precdure mentioned above again. Still the same problem.
Need help ASAP !!
