I’m 19 years old and train 5/6 times a week (runs, hiit, weights etc - varies from week to week). My resting heart rate is about 57 (varies between 54 and 59 each night). But my fitness score is 32 which is considered poor. I can’t seem to figure out why. I wear my Fitbit and use gps on my runs, all of which are more than 10 minutes long - and on flat terrain. Any ideas as to why it’s so low? (I’m about 63kg btw for reference as I know it takes that into account).
I’ve also tried restarting the watch as I’ve seen that as a solution for some people. I sync with an iPhone 8. TIA
