Charge 3 works syncing with the app, show the right steps in the dashboard. It won't show the right steps in the challenges. If i start the challenge then it works, but that rips everyone else i do challenges with out of steps. It use to work, then I changed from a charge 2 to a charge 3 on this account and it hasn't worked right since. Any ideas?

My main device is a pixel 3 xl, i've also tried using my samsung tab s4 same problem. Everything was working fine until my charge 2 died. I went and got a charge 3. I removed the dead charge 2 from the profile and added the charge 3 to it. It hasn't worked right since then, this is over a month or more ago, i think. It doesn't work in any challenge that I don't start since the change of fitbit trackers. I have already forced stopped, uninstalled the app, rebooted and reinstalled the app. I even once removed the tracker, force stopped the app, uninstalled the app, shut off the phone, turned the phone back on, reinstalled the app, re-added the tracker, same problem.
