Changing exercise shortcuts on Charge 3

I would like to change elliptical or swimming to aerobic as one of my exercise tracking options.  I am not able to make this change because i cannot get into the set up page without choosing the replacement option.

Thank you for the link. When i tap the tracker icon, all i get is a blank
screen.

Thank you for the link,  but unfortunately,  the page for changing the shortcuts was blank after I followed these instructions.  Is an app update in order?
