I went on a 9.3 mile bike ride today - over 1 hour of activity. I know because I looked at my tracker before ending the activity. The app is only picking up .03 miles & 31 minutes. However, the active minutes on the app is 85. I am not sure it's picking up the calories burned for the activity.
Any suggestions would be helpful, if in Ftibit helps their consumers anymore since Google took over. Google DOES NOT help consumers.

@shinealite The Charge 2 is an unsupported legacy model that was discontinued in 2018. Fitbit Legacy Device Policy Other Charge 2 users noticed issues with exercise tracking over a year ago. Unfortunately, trackers this old don't always work smoothly. But it isn't unexpected, given its legacy status.
