Hello,
I've recently bought a Charge 2 and although I'm satisfied with it, it stopped working today. I charged it and now that the battery's full, the screen won't turn on. The number of the latest update shows up, and it charges but the green lights don't turn on and the fitbit home screen doesn't turn on.
I tried looking at the bluetooth settings on my phone to see if it connects to my phone but unless it is plugged in, it doesn't connect. I tried resetting the charge 2 by pressing the button on the side for a few seconds but, although it did show the firmware update thingie, didn't do much else.
Can anyone help me please ?

Hi @MuscleLemon . I have some unfortunate news for you. The Charge 2 is an old model and was discontinued in 2018. Rechargeable batteries degrade over time, even if they were never used. Your sentence where you wrote that it only connects on the charger suggests that the battery is dead. In addition, it seems like Fitbit removed all firmware updates for models released from that time.
Get a refund if you can.
