Charge 2 Bluetooth issues

This has happened before but I can't remember how I solved it. I'm constantly getting messages about Bluetooth issues and so I can't sync my device. I've restarted my fitbit numerous times, deleted and reinstalled the app and of course switched on and off my Bluetooth.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
