My strap has come away from the watch. Can it be repaired

Hi @Forshawty and welcome to the forums! The Charge 2 bands are removable and replaceable. Depending on exactly what happened, you may be able to re-attach the band to the Fitbit. Another option may be to purchase another band from a third party seller like Amazon. You can see more detail on how to remove/attach the band in the Charge 2 Manual.
