Charege 2 not working.

Had full charge last night, then about 9:45, device started none stop vibration and switching between activity. Spoke to support and all  they could say is that they can give me a 25% discount. What can I do, never had a problem before.

@vovjcooper  Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Just note that only Support can replace devices and they follow the warranty guidelines.

Hello, I did what you suggested, still not working. I will continue to wear it because it is picking up my steps, hopefully it picks-up my work-out also.
