Charge 2 Bluetooth not syncing to app!

The app can’t find the charge 2. I e looked online to restart and hold for 4 seconds but this doesn’t bring up the Fitbit sign. 

 

Ive turned Bluetooth on and off on my phone. It just can’t find it.

I had the same issue. I had to completely shut down and reboot my phone. Sounds weird but it fixed it.

Not really weird @kstodd shutting the phone off is the only way to fix a non responding hardware.
