Is there an option to sync with Wi-Fi only and if so, how do I get to it?

Do you mean wifi on the fitbit or your phone?

 

If you mean the Charge 2 then, no, it only has bluetooth and not wifi.

 

If you mean the phone then as long as it is connected to the fitbit via bluetooth and to the internet (by either mobile data or wifi) then it should sync.

 

Are you having issues with syncing?
