Hi,
I've just woken up this morning to find the screen cracked on my fitbit Charge 2.
How do I get the screen replaced please?
Is this a common fault? (I only replaced the Charge 2 last year because the strap became unbonded on my Fitbit HR and that was a common fault).

Sorry to say a cracked screen is not covered under warranty and there are no repair facilities. The Charge 2 is now out of production, replaced by the Charge 3.
While not a common problem the screen on the Charge 2 (and 3) is plastic and easily scratched.

I have contacted Fitbit customer Services and they have offered me a free replacement Fitbit Charge 2 or a 50% discount on any other Fitbit.
In light of your info about the Charge 2 being out of production, and the posts that I have found about cracked screens for the Charge 2, I will take up the 50% discount offer and get a Charge 3.
