Charge 2 is not responding to restart. Shows it has a charge, but nothing on face at all. Can not sync.

Same issue my Charge 2 does not show anything on the screen. I cleaned it and started and restarted it but still nothing on the screen. Called Fitbit and they could only offer me a discount on a new Fitbit.

Thanks firstjohn. I am going to save the time of calling customer support and start looking for other options. This is the third Fitbit I have had. All with similar problems. I appreciate the response.
