hello,
My Charge 2 starts off runs connected to my Phone’s GPS, but disconnects after about 2 miles without fail. Then I end up with a much higher mileage than what I actually ran.
I went through the process (with a support rep) of Forgetting the device in my phone’s Bluetooth settings, and re-pairing to my phone. The issue persists so please do not suggest this.
Has anyone resolved this issue? Is there a way for me to order a replacement?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you restart your device.
