Downloading heart rate data for Charge 3

When I download data from my Charge 3 there is nothing for heart rate, but if I look at the app on my cell phone there are data for day, week, month, and year (and previous years!)   The app on my PC doesn't display as much data as the app on the cell phone.   Go figure.   BTW, I am talking only about the resting heart rate.   That's the only data that hints that it's available.

Anybody know how to download heart rate data?
