My Charge 2 seems to be connected to the GPS on my phone, but my distance is suddenly off by a half mile. Why is this?

I will assist you with distance recording while using the GPS feature. What type of activity were you trying to record. There is a bug with the GPS feature that affects the distance calculation. It is suggested you try using the run option to improve the distance calculation but still it may be affected. The team is aware of this and looking for the reason and fix.

I have it set to run. I reset the tracker and it seemed to record my Saturday run more accurately, but is off again today. It added a half mile to my 3 mile run today. When do they expect to have a fix for this bug?
