I've had my Charge 2 for two years now. Suddenly the heart rate monitor isn't working. The strap is tight enough but it either doesn't register or it's registering far too high and inaccurate (173 bpm).
The next issue I have is that the battery is dying so quickly! It went from 50% to 0 within minutes this morning. I charged it completely and now it's at 80%.
I've read the community posts and searched for troubleshooting tips. I've cleaned the sensors. I've charged and reset the Charge 2. I've turned the heart rate monitor function off, synced it, turned it on again and re-synced. I've tried it on my other wrist, just in case that has something to do with it... No luck.
Fitbit... Help, please!
