Charge 2 Heart Monitor stopped working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi All,

I noticed yesterday that the heart rate on my Charge 2 face is not displayed.  Also, the green flashing light on the back of the Charge 2 is not flashing.  I have tried restarting the Charge 2 while plugged into the USB connection of my computer.  No luck.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Cindy

Hi @CindyrB thanks for bringing this to my attention, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums. Let me give you a hand the heart rate sensors of your Charge 2.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, seems odd that even after restarting your device the heart rate sensor green lights are not blinking. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi,

It turns out that somehow within the last two days the Heart Rate command had been turned off. Not sure how that happened, but it is working now after turning it back on to "auto".

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my question. I use the different heart rate zones when doing my daily 30 minute walk.

Thanks again!

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

how did you make the heart rate auto? My face will not show my heart rate, it is showing on my Fitbit app on my phone.

thank you

Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You will know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on the display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds.

Regards,
