all of a sudden my Charge 2 is not giving me my MPH, distance data when using elliptical. i always set it to elliptical on my actual band. always gave me MPH, distance, but now only giving me minutes, HR. i wear on same wrist, same tightness as i always have

I would like to gather more details about your concern to provide you with better assistance. That being said, can you please let me know if you're checking your exercise information in the Fitbit app or in Fitbit.com dashboard? I recommend you creating an activity log for activities where step count isn't the best indicator of activity level. For instructions on how to manually log an activity, please check: How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device?. Also, please restart your device to refresh it's performance.

Hello @carmella56 welcome back, I appreciate your reply and the information provided. My apologies for the delayed response.
Seems odd that your Charge 2 is not syncing all this information. I would suggest you to restart your device and uninstall-reinstall the Fitbit app. Also, please check that your mobile device is up to date too. I recommend you to check your device behavior and let me know how it goes.
