Ever since the update to iOS 13 my Charge 2 has been finicky and not wanting to auto-recognize my walks and runs. I've tried restarting the tracker, manually syncing, deleting the tracker and repairing it with my device, restarting my phone and re-syncing, etc. FitBit's recommendation was that I change the minutes on my auto-recognize to 10 instead of 15 (which makes no sense to me as that I was running /walking without stopping on a treadmill for 35 mins this morning, but whatever).
Has anyone else had issues with the auto-recognize and if so, were you able to fix it and how?
