4 days ago my Fitbit Charge 2 not recognized by Bluetooth (not connected error message).
Turn bluetooth on/off and still receive Not Connected.
Turn iOS Apple X phone off/on and still Not Connected.
Charge 2 will not sync up with FitBit app
Exited out of Fitbit app and logged back in still wont connect
Deleted Charge 2 off Fitbit app
Went to Add New Device on Fitbit app
STUCK on Not working? page - just says it's searching
Tracker is charged, turned on, and turned bluetooth on/off again.
HELP!

I have the same question, how to do a restart?
Best AnswerPlug the Charge 2 into the wall charger or computer and hold the left hand button on the side of the Charge 2 for 4 seconds and you'll see the FitBit logo and then you'll know it reset. Hope this helps.
Thank you for responding. I have a samsung 8s. I've been trying to sync with my bluetooth off and on since Tuesday. Normal stuff tried, recharging. Hitting the bluetooth scanning icon and turning it on and off to see if it would pair. Going to Fitbit app and hit sync....none of those worked. I had to go to my settings and to go to the bluetooth sectopn and reset to manufacture settings. Then had to put in my Wifi password back in and when that was connected, I did a forced stop and uninstall of my Fitbit app. Then I logged back into fit bit app and then hit the bluetooth pairing icon on the pulldown menu. It found and paired to both my Fitbit Charge 2, updating last 2 days of missing data. Also repaired my UE speaker roll. Happy days but your explanation sounded much easier.
Best AnswerToo funny, yeah I pretty much tried all those things too before getting to the Reset. Know we know.
Best AnswerSame problem. Date didn't sync so I removed device . now unable to add , I switched off / on phone , Bluetooth and I did reset my fitbit . it isn't working
