My Charge 2 is not resetting steps after midnight now.
I'm not sitting next to any fans or vibrating devices. Quite simply, the steps did not reset.
I see this problem was first reported nearly 2 years ago. It's unbelievable that your company has not fixed this issue.
All logged historical data is now useless because of your software glitch.
Here's a suggestion for you - let users manually remove steps from their device. That's assuming you are incapable, or unwilling, to fix this software glitch after nearly 2 years.
What's the point of this device if you can't successfully track daily exercise?
I'm seriously disappointed at this point.
