While at work I noticed my Charge 2 had stopped working. I figured the battery had died so once I got home I plugged it up using my wall charger hook up. After I woke up about 7 hours later, nothing. So I checked the wall plug and it worked. Tried the hold button 12 second restart, nothing. It won’t connect to Bluetooth and I’m in the middle of a weekly challenge, to which I’m in second place. Dang it! I’m trying to win!! HELP!!!!

Then do a Restart
Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I did clean the contacts with a toothpick and a cotton swab with a little alcohol on both Fitbit and charger. Nothing.
