I haven't gotten any new notifications on the phone app since June of 2018, tried to delete old notifications, won't even let me do that.
do I need to start all over again with the phone app and if I do that will I lose all my badges

@crumbs18 @Golfermom Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't delete old notifications and that you aren't getting new ones on the app. This feature was discontinued due to customer's feedback. You can vote to bring it back in our Feature Suggestions board. Additionally the messages should delete themselves after 30 days but there may be an issue preventing this. Still you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Logging out and restarting iPhone doesn’t get rid of the old notification in the app.
