Charge 2 screen in constant loop

My fitbit  charge 2 won't quit scrolling through screens.  right now it is on the notifications and it just keeps buzzing and turning notifications on and off.  i have reset this several times.  I got this fitbit from a friend over the summer so i have no idea if it is under warranty or not.  It looks like this is a common problem.  Anyone able to get this fixed?

@tmartin1128 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is in constant loop  and thank you for restarting it. I suggest you clean the back of your device and the button area with cotton and rubbing alcohol then use compressed air at a distance to finish the cleaning process. After this restart it again.
