My Fitbit Charge 2 is working but nearly every night the app stops syncing esp for sleep. I have to uninstall and reinstall most days.It's the sleep details I need.
I use a Samsung Galaxy J3. It was fine to start with for a couple but now is driving me crazy.
Does the same with my iPad

I'd like to appreciate your time and effort troubleshooting this prior posting here in the forums. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know if you're not receiving sleep logs at all or if you're not receiving sleep stages? Also, please let me know when this occurred for the first time and if after uninstalling and reinstalling the app the sleep logs are shown?

I appreciate the details that were provided, I'm glad to know that you're receiving sleep logs after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior responding. I'd like to know if you're receiving auto-sleep logs or Sleep stages? The difference between them is that Sleep Stages give you a more detailed graph which includes light sleep, REM and deep sleep and Auto sleep logs does not. With this information, I'll be able to give you some troubleshooting steps for your iPad.
