Very disappointed with a new Charge 2 received as a Christmas present which is falsely reporting full night sleep patterns even when working all night as a nurse. Completed online suggested fitbit resets and sync's without any success. Setting sleep schedules isn't an option due to changing rotas and was hoping fitbit may help a busy schedule but now suspect the fitbit is making data up. Any suggestions before it goes in the bin, thank you

@Megsy123 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't recording your activities and sleep correctly. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to and select that hand as the non dominant to help it make it more sensitive to movement. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.
Let me know how it goes!
