Charge 2 - Notifications for Text and Steps prompt notification not working

I am not receiving any notifications for Texts and the steps reminder is also not happening. 

 

I have uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled it on my android. I have also synced and checked my notifications are switched to the on option.

 

I have held the button in on my charge 2 to check the notifications are to 'on'

 

Any help much appreciated

Text messages have Suddenly stopped come onto my Fitbit, I’ve checked all the settings and they are ok.
