@Spitjoy The Charge 2 is an "older" device and was discontinued a few months after you bought yours. Since several restarts haven't fixed your problem, I suspect your Charge 2 is failing. The Charge 2, Blaze, and Alta were all released about the same time. I feel like I see posts like yours every day. Sorry.
