I need to replace both clips that join the band and the fitbit (the black plastic things (technical term)).  I cannot locate a way to purchase these.  Are they sold separately or do I need to move on and replace the whole thing?

Let me help you with your damaged bands. These items aren't sold separately so you will need to replace the band itself. I created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
