I recently let my cube mate have my Charge 2. I disconnected it from my account and she set it up on her phone with her own account. When we are near each other and I received a text on my phone the Fitbit still goes off and she is able to read my texts. She also receives her texts on it as well. We disconnected, reconnected, disconnected and reconnected the device and it still receives my texts. Please help!

You probably still are bluetooth-connected.  From your phone's bluetooth settings, unpair her device from your phone.

 

Here is an article that explains the whole procedure but I expect you already have it all but the last step:
