Charge 2 Screen Completely Black

The screen on my Charge 2 is all black and doesn’t change. The green lights work and it still vibrates. It syncs to my app and charges. Just the display screen is black and unresponsive. Please help

I reached out for assistance, it was no longer under warranty but I was still given a discount. Thank you for taking the time to answer this here!

@myfatb1t  you posted to an existing thread where you were not tagged. I just tagged you by using your name. In most threads, it's common to tag the person that you're addressing. You just popped into this thread where the original poster was offered a discount, not you. Not sure why you keep being negative against Fitbit. Which Fitbit do you have that you need help with?
