Hi - my Charge 2 screen keeps scrolling without me doing anything.
Have seen on here it seems to be a common problem - have tried re-booting it repeatedly which seems to stop it briefly for it then only to return... often over night causing a full battery to be flat before morning (and the flickering screen to wake me up!).
Any other suggestions on how to fix... or how do I report this for support from Fitbit themselves?

My Charge 2 started doing this five days after one-year warranty expired. Got on live chat and followed their procedures. Still haywire. Offered me 35 percent discount on certain new units. However, I have no confidence in this company, so will pass on this offer. If you want to walk, bike or exercise, just do it!
