Charge 2 - Setup

Hi , I’ve just brought a Fitbit charge 2 , It has the scrolling message on the screen of www.fitbit.com/setup. I’ve downloaded the app but it won’t update, message on app says something went wrong , try again. I’ve googled and tried everything it suggests , nothings changed. About ready to throw it out the window. If anyone can help I’d be eternally grateful 😳

If you see the message  www.fitbit.com/setup. you'll need to download the Fitbit App, log in and setup the Charge 2.

Hi I have done this but it won’t do the update so message still there,
comes up with something went wrong try again.?

@Jackie19701   The Charge 2 is an older model that was discontinued in 2018.  There are other posts like yours in the Charge 2, Alta, and Blaze forums.  These are all models from the same era.  It looks like Google removed the software updates.

Can you get a refund?
