My daughters Charge 2 has stopped working after 8 months, tried all the hints and tips online with regards resetting etc but seems to be dead. Any suggestions what to do?
Get out while you can mine is just over eighteen months old completely dead and they offered me 25% off and no service at all. It’s my fourth and last one. Jumping ship to Apple model 3 is 200 plus taxes. If they keep this bad costumer service going there won’t be a Fitbit soon! I’m leaving because or poor costumer service!!!
