Excellent Fitbit Charge2 Technical Support Experience

My Problem:- My Fitbit Charge2 suddenly stopped working with Samsung A9. It was working well earlier without any problem. The fitbit Charge2 was not pairing with my bluetooth, it was getting detected.

I tried a lot of ways to make it work with the steps to set-up again mentioned online since last 3 months and later visited the place where I purchased the device with no solution, they provided fit bit support number-000-800-050-1057. I called the support and I was very much impressed with the support person assisting me, she set the expectation very well that we will try to debug and see if we can solve the problem. She tried the basic steps like setting up the device via fitbit app and other steps but it did not solve the problem. She asked my phone model and mention this model is not compatible so some issues can be observed then she guided me to try with other phone models that may be compatible, sometime is can work with other models. But, I was not having any compatible phone in my family, tried with my wife Samsung C7Pro it did not work, but tried with my father's Redmi model and the fitbit was connected and it update the software. Later it was connected to my Samsung A9 as well.
