I've had my Charge 2 HR for a few months now and recently the strap seems to keep popping off.
Having had a look through the other posts on here I can see it's a common problem and people have had new straps sent out to them, but I can't seem to find a customer service contact anywhere.
I'd be grateful if someone could signpost me in the right direction - thanks!
