Since the latest updates - Sept 19 my Fitbit Charge 2 is no longer syncing properly and loses connection when setting a walk / hike etc using the GPS. It will hold a few minutes then cancel the connection. So frustrating so I have resorted to Strava as at least that works.
I have been on to Fitbit and there is it seems an issue that they are aware about. There currently is no fix and we just have to wait for updates.....who knows when it will be fixed. Just wanted to let you all know if you are having issues with the sync thing, bear in mind when doing the hiking etc it may cut out on you so have a backup app. I have a Samsung S9 in case you need to know.
Fingers crossed they sort it!!!

Mine doesn't work either. I am trying to sync it to my Samsung tablet. Very frustrating. Hope they sort it soon.

Mine just stopped syncing 2 days ago, very frustrating as well. I keep getting an exclamation point in a red circle, does anyone know what that means?
Hope Fitbit resolves soon!!

It means it can't find your Fitbit. I get this often too. I have to reboot my phone and it will find it again. Turning off Bluetooth doesn't work.
