My fitbit has been acting up for the past few weeks. It started scrolling through the screen constantly until it eventually ran out of battery. This would happen almost every time I charged it. Now it just has "www.fitbit.com/setup" scrolling across the screen continuously and isn't responding at all. I have tried restarting it multiple times and nothing changes.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for restarting it. Try setting it up by following these instructions. You may wish to restart it before the setup.

Please check out similar reports on these forums. There is a known battery problem experienced by owners of Charge 2s but Fitbit don’t acknowledge or accept.
