Charge 2 Syncing Issues

Charge 2 will not sync. Is fully charged and I have tried all the options given. How do you contact customer support in Australia by phone. 

Am not prepared to give my c.card details.

Hi I spent several frustrating hrs trying to trouble shoot and also with help from online chat with Fitbit help. Not sure if you have iphone or android but fluked in getting it to finally sync with my android. I had to first get the bluetooth to pair, make sure your phone bluetooth is on and it pairs. I have S9+ which wouldnt synce. So I went back to my old phone S7edge and it synced, hmmm weird. So what I found that was missing with set up on my S9+ was....Under apps find your fitbit and open

           Then open permissions 

            Make sure you allow calendar, location and phone

           I also added SMS and contacts just to cover more options

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, and restart your device.

Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
