Though my Charge 2 Tracking Device continues to record my activities (steps etc) and syncs with the Fitbit App on my IPad, the Charge 2 Tracking Device screen remains frozen on the battery screen. If I activate the restart button, the screen pulsates with the Notification on/off screen.
i have tried restarting and the many solutions mentioned in the community support but with no luck.
As well the Charge 2 Tracking Device battery only now lasts a few hours before needing to be recharged.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
