So I have a charge 2 and every time I click on the change clock face it’s comes up blank on my iPhone 12. The app is updated and I’ve tried to delete it and reinstall it but it hasn’t done anything and the clockface page is still blank.

Hello @Charlotteemac and welcome to the Help forum. This is a known bug with the iOS app. There is a blue pinned thread at the top of the iOS forum that will keep you updated. In the meantime, you can change your clock face using a web browser by logging in to your account at fitbit.com.
